This week, students learned the difference between Gifs and Jpegs. Gifs are Graphics Interchange Format images, and are what students are familiar with being animated. Jpegs are Joint Graphics Expert Group images. The difference between the two are Gifs are able to be animated within solid colors. Jpegs are stable images that are not animated, and color range is infinite. Below is some examples of the student created Gifs they uploaded to their design websites.
